PDFConverter: Local PDF Export is designed to process documents on device. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require account registration to use the app's core features.
We do not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, phone number, mailing address, or account credentials through the app.
2. Documents and Files
When you choose a PDF file from the Files app or scan a document using Apple's system scanner, the selected content is processed locally on your device.
- Files are used only to provide document import, scan, export, and sharing features.
- Document processing is performed on device by the app.
- The app does not upload your files to a remote server for document processing.
3. Camera Permission
The app requests camera access only when you actively choose to scan a paper document into PDF.
4. Analytics and Tracking
The app does not enable third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking, or third-party analytics for core document processing features.
5. Data Sharing
The app does not sell user data. Files are shared only when you explicitly use the iOS share sheet or export actions provided by the system.
6. Data Retention
Files created or copied during processing may be stored temporarily on device so the export and sharing flow can complete. You remain in control of files saved, shared, or deleted from your device.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes. The latest version will be published on this page.
